  • After a no cost, no obligation review of your property and the current market, we’ll help you determine how much monthly income you should expect for your property.

  • Your property is shown to potential tenants who are thoroughly interviewed and screened.
  • When we find that perfect tenant, we’ll supply rental applications and all other documents necessary to meet Landlord/Tenant Laws as well as provide an initial walk-through on move-in day.
  • Rent is collected and deposited directly to your bank account each month.
  • All maintenance and repairs will be handled for you. This means no late night phone calls from upset tenants! We will obtain bids and notify you prior to any excessive expenses regarding your property. Plus, you get to take advantage of our established vendor relationships; All of whom have proven to be outstanding and timely in their work!
  • Our property owners also have access to real-time data which includes fully computerized and detailed monthly statements that account for all income and disbursements.
  • We will conduct an interior survey of the property every six months to ensure the tenants are being respectful to the property and are abiding to all previously stated rules.
  • Upon the end of the lease, we will disburse all tenant deposit refunds.

These simple statements provide you with a quick snapshot of your property details for the past month. We can also include maintenance invoices and additional reports you request.
  • Handle property maintenance issues faster. We use AppFolio for electronic work-orders and communication with vendors so we can quickly resolve issues. At your request, we can email you a copy of the work order and relevant information giving you real-time updates.

How it Works:
In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.

Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
